I’m Sokariba Lawson, a multi-passionate product manager and purpose-driven leader helping people and products reach their next level.

With over 10 years of experience building and scaling startups from the ground up, including co-founding a business that evolved into five subsidiaries, I’ve worn many hats: strategist, brand lead, growth partner, and now product leader.

As a product manager, I’ve helped launch EdTech, HealthTech, and FinTech products used by thousands, including scaling an app from 500 to over 10,000 downloads in just two months, integrating AI to boost retention, and building features that saved operational costs.

But my mission doesn’t end at tech. I’m also a speaker, youth empowerment advocate, and author committed to helping the next generation find their voice, build with clarity, and grow with purpose.

Whether I’m leading cross-functional teams, speaking to youth in underserved communities, or writing to inspire, my work is anchored in one thing: Lasting Impact.
